As a professional blogger you don’t need to be the best photographer, the best cheef, the best writer. You have to combine whole set of skills and tools to be able to create engaging content.

Tools are very important, but when you live in internet and publish your content on the blog, you don’t need full frame dslr. That is why i decided to buy the smallest, not the newest / most powerfull body and a good universal lens.

After 12 months of using this setup of Nikond D5300 and Sigma 18-35 F1.8 i’m 100% sure that it was really good choice. This lens produces outsanding quality. It’s very very sharp, has a nice bokeh and it is just pure pleasure to work with.

Shots that i made both for my blog and for my clients are far more than good enough. I must admit that i just love this lens. The only complaint is it’s weight and size – this is why i decided to buy Sony a6300 to use outisde of my home studio for both stills and videos.
